About Rainier Access
A specialist accessibility firm with one job: make federal digital content usable by everyone, and provable to auditors.
Who we are
Rainier Access is a division of Rainier Operations Group LLC, a HUBZone-certified, minority-owned small business based in Tacoma, Washington. We focus exclusively on digital accessibility — Section 508 conformance testing, document remediation, and the documentation federal agencies need to prove compliance.
Accessibility is not a checkbox to us. More than one in four U.S. adults lives with a disability. When a federal form, report, or application isn’t accessible, real people are shut out of services they are entitled to — and the agency is exposed to complaints under Section 508 and the Rehabilitation Act. We exist to close that gap, reliably and affordably.
Why agencies work with us
- We meet our own standard. This website conforms to the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria we test others against.
- Federal methodology. Our testing follows the DHS Trusted Tester conformance process used across government.
- HUBZone certified. Our certification adds a price preference on competed work and sole-source eligibility on set-asides.
- Remote and nationwide. Accessibility work is digital, so we serve agencies anywhere in the country from Washington State.
